At TASER Self-Defense, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
